Legacy Christian Academy is a school that has been built on immense faith and great vision. From our early years meeting in rented space to our new high quality facility, Legacy has consistently planned and grown to accommodate the needs of our community. Now situated on approximately 36 acres of land in the heart of Frisco, Texas, Legacy has developed a school that is known for quality academic instruction, amazing fine arts and competitive athletics. Each year, the school has continued enhancing our campus to not only meet the needs of our students; but exceed their expectations.
As the school has grown over the past years, it is now time that we address the needs for our high school students. In the upcoming months, Legacy families will be invited to embark on the largest venture in the school’s history since the purchase and construction of the current school facility. As a college preparatory school, we are actively engaged in the process to build a facility to train our high school students for the rigors of college and preparation for their careers. As God’s word compels us, “Children are a heritage from the Lord; children a reward from Him.” With this mandate in sight, Legacy will build our High School Campus on the north quadrant of our current property.
A large scale event such as this will require maximum participation from our community. Knowing the provision of quality Christian education based on principles of excellence is a priority, we ask that you help us accomplish Legacy’s goal by committing to the following;
1. Pray Big
The prayer support of those who love Legacy Christian Academy is crucial to our mission. We know that all we do will mean nothing if God is not in it.
2. Give Generously
Your gift to Legacy Christian Academy is important! Accomplishing a large task requires maximum participation. Our children need us to stand up and lead in this great effort.
3. Have Vision
While Legacy Christian Academy has demonstrated great vision, it is time for new leaders in our community to stand up and have vision for a Christ-honoring college preparatory school. Our children are depending on us.
A complete K-12 campus housed in one location will provide the best opportunity to maximize learning and academic achievement with modern, state-of-the-art classrooms and facilities. For more than ten years prior to the launch of the Heritage Campaign, the School’s Board of Directors and Headmaster have examined how best to plan for the future of Legacy Christian Academy. We sought input from parents, students, alumni, faculty, and friends. Our conclusions regarding completing the campus of Legacy Christian Academy have given birth to the Heritage Capital Campaign.
