Where Does My Tuition go?
While questions may arise regarding tuition, there are three important things that need to be emphasize for everyone at Legacy Christian Academy:
- We are taking prudent steps to stay on course for the rest of this year and the years to come.
- We aren’t going to sacrifice our future by overreacting in the present.
- The foundations of our mission, including an excellent Christ-centered education will be at the forefront of our prayers and thinking as we proceed.
Tuition at LCA covers all of the operating expenses of the school, but capital expenditures such as buildings, playgrounds, athletic fields, etc. are paid for through charitable giving. God continues to move in the hearts of many of our LCA families and friends to provide facilities that are safe and aesthetically pleasing.
We want to thank you for making the commitment to Christian education and encourage you to continue to help us make an eternal difference in the life of your child (ren). LCA understands private Christian education comes at a cost, but the long-term value and investment cannot be translated into dollars. In the upcoming year, we look forward to helping your child develop intellectually, while at the same time dealing with the issues of the heart.
We strongly believe LCA fills a very important niche in North Texas. What community would not benefit from a school that teaches students to participate as productive citizens on earth, while at the same time preparing them for eternal citizenship in Heaven? Your prayers, gifts and service in this endeavor are invaluable and we pray God will richly bless your family through your commitment to His school!
