Job Opportunities at LCA

Legacy seeks qualified individuals for a handful of available positions as we prepare for the 2016-2017 school year. Our faculty and staff are characterized by their passion for Jesus Christ, their superior knowledge, training and credentials in their field, and their deep understanding of a Christ-centered education. Applicants must possess a biblical worldview, articulate a clear salvation testimony, be relational and collaborative, and desire to work in a Christian environment with high standards.

Teacher Openings

Faculty openings include two math teacher positions for grades 5-12, a Spanish teacher for grades 9-12, and a history teacher for grades 9-12. “We have experienced fantastic growth in our Upper School and the hiring opportunities associated with it! As we prepare to open the second phase of our high school, this is a great time to join our team at Legacy,” shared Kevin Mosley, Upper School principal (grades 9-12).

IT & Development Staff Openings

LCA's campus expansion has created a need for additional IT staff in the form of a Network Engineer. “This position requires someone with networking experience that is motivated and a self-starter, as well as someone who enjoys working in a relational environment,” commented Bill Dyer, Director of IT.

Our Development Office is also looking to expand in the upcoming year with an opening for a Development Office Assistant. Although not a new position, it has been expanded beyond a support role to include a more active role in event planning, community engagement, and data management. “This unique role requires equal parts behind-the-scenes' details and community relations,” shared Deanna Carpenter, Associate Head of Development.
