The Early Education program at LCA offers a rigorous, Christ-centered academic curriculum taught from a Biblical worldview.  Our Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 classes learn by participating in hands-on experiences from a research-based curriculum that covers early literacy, handwriting, math, science, social studies, and Bible.

Our Junior Kindergarten is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of children who are already five, but not quite ready for traditional Kindergarten.  It serves as a bridge for children who, in essence, need the gift of time. This time is necessary to absorb and express ideas, learn about friendships, assert independence, and examine the world around them. This extra year of enrichment is truly a blessing. Our Junior Kindergarten learning program consists of Guided Reading and Phonics literacy programs, handwriting, math, science, social studies, and Bible.

Pre-K 4 through Early Education children participate in a variety of specials that include PE, music, Spanish, library, Art, and chapel.  In addition, they visit our Science lab for enrichment.

Christ-Centered

As a Christ-centered school, we integrate faith and learning by teaching all subjects from a biblical worldview and by acknowledging that “all truth is God’s truth.” As a covenant community, we believe that all people are made in the image of God, reflect His glory, and have profound value.

Legacy Christian Academy families trust that they are starting the education process with clear goals for life-long learning that is both academic and spiritual.  The Pre-K experience at Legacy Christian Academy is just the beginning of a journey that builds character, community, and leadership.

Flexible Schedule Offerings

Legacy Christian Academy families trust that the community of the school is invested in meeting their needs.  In order to offer Pre-K opportunities to more families both full day and half day options are available 3 and 5 days per week.  This allows Legacy Christian Academy to reach children at varying levels of readiness for education outside the home, as well as options for different family schedules.
