This camp will focus on offense and defense through drills, scrimmaging and other football related competitions. Players will develop the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, and hitting, and compete in various drills and games. Directed by Head Coach Joey Roach and accompanied by many of the playoff winning members of the varsity girls' team. All sessions will take place in the middle school gymnasium. Ball Handling Skills and Proper Shooting Form Games and Scrimmages Meet many of the LCA Playoff Winning Varsity Team. Lil Miss Cheer CampLil’ Miss Cheer Camp is a great way for girls to learn the basic skills and fundamentals of cheerleading. Camp is once again being offered to two age groups so that we can tailor the content and difficulty level appropriately: JK/Kindergarten-3rd grade will be in one group and 4th-6th grades in another. Camp participants will learn cheers, jumps and a dance. We will practice proper motion technique, learn about showmanship and spirit, tumble and play games - all while bonding with LCA’s current cheerleaders! Directed by Legacy’s Varsity, JV and middle school cheer coaches, both groups will meet from 9:00-11:30 a.m. in the upper school gymnasium.Volleyball CampEagle volleyball camp is for elementary and middle school girls to learn and improve basic volleyball skills.
