Last week, the LCA robotics team took 2nd place overall in the Collin County BEST robotics competition. On November 13 & 14, they will face teams from four states in the multi-state regional competition.

The robotics team, led by president and senior, Chinwe Appio-Riley, organized a company, launched a marketing program, wrote a research paper, developed an engineering workbook, engaged in fundraising efforts and community outreach events, and presented all these items at a public-speaking forum.
