Dylan Beams was nominated as a September Upper School student of the month in the area of fine arts. Dylan recently released his first EP on all major digital music platforms, including iTunes, Amazon, & Spotify. You can download Hourglass at on iTunes here. Upon graduation, Dylan hopes to pursue medicine and business while attending Baylor University.
If you haven't had the chance to meet this senior who has attended Legacy since he was in PreK, we encourage you to listen and read below about Dylan's passion for singing and who sparked it.

Goals: He wants to have an impact on the student body. He is on the worship team and he hopes that Christ's light will shine though him. He plans to go to Baylor and study Biology to be a cardiologist or dermatologist.
Years at Legacy: He has been here since kindergarten, so 13 years. He loves the Christ-centeredness of Legacy. From Biology to Apologetics, Dylan loves that at Legacy we look at the whole picture. Mrs. Harmon has influenced what he wants to do with his life and sparked his interest in science.
Walk with Christ: Dylan actively applies “Golden Rule” to situations that arise in his life. He shows a Christ-like example and encourages the younger students.
Passionate about: He is very passionate about music and helping others in a positive way. He is a singer and plays the piano, guitar and ukulele.
How does he hope to be remembered? He wants younger students to remember these four years in high school will be what you make of them. He hopes people remember his dependability and willingness to help others.
