Legacy Christian Academy has been blessed with growing enrollment and a large number of applicants every year. We value our intimate learning environment and strong student-teacher relationships. Therefore, we have established classroom capacities for every grade in our school. Once a grade level reaches a capacity, a wait pool is created to offer qualified students an opportunity to remain in consideration for enrollment, should space become available. As space becomes available, all wait pool candidates are individually reconsidered using the same process applied to the initial review. The Admissions Committee will meet to review files and make decisions.

Legacy Christian Academy has developed the following process for any family pursuing enrollment in a grade level currently at enrollment capacity:

Applicants must complete the application to be eligible for the wait pool, including:
All application forms, recommendation forms, testing, any academic support documentation, and all necessary transcript information.
Families will be notified of their child(ren)s placement in the LLC Wait Pool, but cannot be enrolled until space becomes available for their child(ren). Once a space is available, parents will be notified to complete any outstanding items in the Admissions Process. The student's complete file will then be reviewed by the Admissions Committee for an enrollment decision.
A member of the admissions team will notify families in the wait pool that they have been selected for consideration on a per-student basis as seats become available. Currently enrolled families must notify us of their intent to return by January 31.
Wait pool acceptance is for the school year indicated only.
Families in the wait pool receive the same non-discrimination status as all families in our community. This statement reads: It is the policy of LCA to maintain a school environment that is free from discrimination and to conduct its educational practices, admissions program, financial aid policies, hiring, and other school-administrative programs on the basis of an individual’s qualifications and abilities.
