The Nurse's Clinic will be open August 13 and 14 from 9am-3pm. Nurse Lester and Nurse Detloff will be here to discuss your child's care and receive medications, consent forms, and any plan of care from a physician. They will also be available at Eagle Expo on August 10th. Click here for the consent form. The form is also available on the LCA website, on the Back to School Page or you may complete the form in the clinic. Nurse Lester's office is located in the Lower School front office and Nurse Detloff has a clinic in the Upper School front office.
