Our salaries are benchmarked against area public-school pay scales which are some of the highest in the state. We are competitive with the schools around us and provide an attractive Christian community in which to work and live.
We value family and encourage employees to bring their children to LCA. Staff receives a tiered tuition reduction for all dependents.
75% reduction for the oldest child enrolled; 50% reduction for the next oldest child concurrently enrolled; and; 25% reduction for all other children concurrently enrolled.
Staff is also eligible to apply for additional support through our Indexed Tuition program.
LCA helps employees plan for the future by providing retirement plans. LCA has up to a 3% matching plan in addition to direct retirement contributions by the school. All funds are 100% vested at the time of deposit.
LCA values the development of its team. Staff participate in professional development throughout the year, which focuses on personal and team development that advances agreed-upon goals. All staff is equipped with regular coaching and feedback. We are one team with one mission.
We know our team needs time away from work. Each staff member has access to paid time off, parental leave, medical leave, family care leave, and adoption leave.

It is the policy of LCA to maintain a school environment that is free from discrimination and to conduct its educational practices, admissions program, financial aid policies, hiring, and other school-administrative programs on the basis of an individual’s qualifications and abilities. The School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (unless it is required as a bona fide occupational qualification), sex, national origin, age, marital status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law, unless a particular status protected by federal, state, or local laws contradict the deeply held religious convictions of LCA.
