To keep you and your family healthy, LCA ensures a variety of plans are available including health, dental, and vision. Several plans are 100% covered for the employee with 25% employer contribution to dependent's medical premiums.
Our salaries are benchmarked against area public-school pay scales which are some of the highest in the state. We are competitive with the schools around us and provide an attractive Christian community in which to work and live.
We value family and encourage employees to bring their children to LCA. Staff receives a tiered tuition reduction for all dependents.
75% reduction for the oldest child enrolled; 50% reduction for the next oldest child concurrently enrolled; and; 25% reduction for all other children concurrently enrolled.
Staff is also eligible to apply for additional support through our Indexed Tuition program.
LCA helps employees plan for the future by providing retirement plans. LCA has up to a 3% matching plan in addition to direct retirement contributions by the school. All funds are 100% vested at the time of deposit.
