On November 17, 2016 Legacy Christian Academy once again proved that it's got talent, as 19 acts, consisting of Kindergarten through 8th Grade students, took to the stage!

This year's performances included lyrical dances, instrumental numbers, vocal numbers, a cheer routine, a hula hoop routine, and a praise band. The diversity of the numbers really highlights different talents and abilities our younger students possess.

The talent show is a highlight for students every year, and many spend all fall looking forward to it. The students have to audition for the show, and Mrs. Keyes evaluates each student's performance in order to provide an exciting and diverse show. She comments “I have never been able to get a hula hoop to cooperate for more than a few seconds, so I was blown away by the student who made a lengthy routine look effortless!”

The talent show is a unique venue for our students to exhibit their talents and for their parents to see them do what they love. Even our teachers were excited. Mrs. Martin says, “Since I always see my students in a group setting, it is so exciting for me to see them shining individually with talents that they can't necessarily express in my classroom.”
