Legacy Christian Academy is proud to share that four of our incredible art students have been accepted into the prestigious Young American Talent exhibition hosted by Booker T. Washington High School. This competitive Dallas-area high school exhibition is similar to professional exhibitions in that artists submit work and a juror or panel of jurists, usually comprised of local professional artists and art educators, choose the work that will hang in the exhibition. Because they typically receive over 1100 entries and can only accept 100-150 entries, getting into this exhibition demonstrates the magnitude of these students’ talent.

The works will be on view from Wednesday, April 6 through Wednesday, April 20th in the gallery at Booker T. Washington High School located at 2501 Flora St., Dallas, TX.
The closing reception, which is open to those interested in attending, will be from 6-8pm on April 20th and will involve the presentation of additional awards in various media categories, as well as a Best of Show. The exhibition works will also be printed on yard signs and will travel to various areas in the Dallas area.
