All-State Athletes
All-State awards are presented post-season by TAPPS (Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools). TAPPS is the state athletic association of private and parochial schools to which Legacy Christian belongs. Coaches from every TAPPS school nominate individual athletes from their teams that they believe deserve recognition. This is the top award an athlete can receive from TAPPS, and there is an exhaustive process in place for determining the players who are named to the All-State Team.

Academic All-State
Academic All-State awards are presented post-season by TAPPS (Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools). TAPPS is the state athletic association of private and parochial schools to which Legacy Christian belongs. Coaches from every TAPPS school nominate individual athletes from their teams that they believe deserve recognition. To be named Academic All-State, an athlete must:
- An athlete, student trainer or manager in good standing with the team.
- Of good moral character.
- A senior.
- Have an overall grade point average of 92 or above
