The Legacy Middle School team is excited to announce that Kristie Mitchell is joining them on the journey of “Inspiring students to the Great Adventure of Life with Christ.” Kristie will be teaching 5th grade math and science.
Kristie holds an education degree from Louisiana Tech University and comes to Legacy after 10 years of teaching 4th grade math, history, and science at Claibourne Christian School in West Monroe, Louisiana.
“I'm thankful that God led our family to Legacy,” comments Kristie. “I look forward to diving in and making math fun and educational for 5th graders this year and the years to come.” Kristie is also looking forward to working in a Christian environment where her daughter, Sierra, as well as other students can learn a strong foundation in Biblical worldview.
