Our Legacy students excel well beyond the classroom. Ainslee Gregg, 10th grade, is riding her way to national success on a horse named Milo.

Ainslee is a junior equestrian. She has been riding and showing horses for 6 years. She currently shows Milo (show name: Valentine), a Belgian Warmblood, on the A Circuit and is ranked #24 nationally by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) in Junior Hunters 3'3″.

In the last 6 months, Ainslee and Milo have won multiple competitions, including:

  • Children's Hunter Champion and Children's Hunter Classic Winner at the Atlanta Summer Classic
  • Junior Hunter 3'3″ Champion, 1st Place in Classic and repeat Junior Hunter 3′ 3″ Champion in the Colorado Summer in the Rockies Series
  • Jr Hunter 3'3″ Reserve Champion at the St Louis National Charity Show

I've been riding horses for almost 6 years, since I was 10. I competed at a local level for around 4 years but have been competing nationally for the past few years…The pressure definitely gets to me, especially at the larger shows, but I know God is with me and He has given me the talent and gifts I need to persevere.” –Ainslee Gregg

Ainslee has qualified for the national finals in Del Mar, California next summer. To prepare, she practices 3–4 days a week after school as well as on weekends. It's a lot of work to practice and compete in this sport, and she's had her fair share of falls, bumps, and bruises. But Ainslee is jumping to new heights through her hard work and determination.
