Summer Reading
We welcome your child to third grade! We all know the value of reading. It is imperative that your child continue reading throughout the summer. Reading comprehension will be a major focus of your child's third grade year. Building strong reading basics, through daily summer reading, will encourage confidence and success in your child's future reading abilities. The LCA summer reading goal for students entering third grade is 10 hours.
