We value our intimate learning environment and strong student-teacher relationships. Therefore, we have established classroom capacities for every grade in our school. Once a grade level reaches a capacity, a wait pool is created to offer qualified students an opportunity to remain in consideration for enrollment, should space become available. As space becomes available, all wait pool candidates are individually reconsidered using the same process applied to the initial review. A family interview, shadow experience (if required), and drug-testing (if required). Upon acceptance, families will be notified of their child(ren)s acceptance, but cannot be enrolled until space becomes available for their child(ren). These students are eligible to join a wait pool. Families can secure their child(ren)s spot in a wait pool by submitting the LCA Wait Pool form and $1500 deposit. The $1500 deposit will be credited towards the $1500 one-time new student enrollment fee assessed at the time of enrollment. A family may request that their child(ren) be removed from the wait pool and their deposit be refunded at any time. A member of the admissions team will notify families in the wait pool that they have been selected on a per-student basis as seats become available. Currently enrolled families must notify us of their intent to return by January 31. Upon selection, accepted families have one week to complete the enrollment packet to guarantee their spot. Wait pool acceptance is for the school year indicated only. Families in the wait pool receive the same non-discrimination status as all families in our community.
