Birthday Book Club Birthday Book Club The LCA Birthday Book Club is one way in which you can celebrate your child's birthday in a special way while helping our library collection continue to grow. Your child will have the opportunity to come to the library and choose a book with the librarian and order it for the library, before his/her birthday. A bookplate with your child's name and birthday will be placed inside the front cover of the newly purchased book. Your child will be the first to check out the new book! During the week of your child's birthday, an announcement will be made stating that your child is part of the Birthday Book Club and what book your child has chosen for our library.
