My Family

Coach Kilpatrick has been teaching and coaching for over 14 years. His experience includes teaching and coaching internationally, in public schools, and at private schools. Coach Kilpatrick and his wife Katie are from North Dallas are and have been married for over 15 years. They have twin sons and a dog. Their home is a chaotic blend of sports equipment, books, dirty socks, and laughter.

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at LCA?

Coach most loves the relationships with the students, athletes, and their families. He can't think of a better community to teach, coach, learn, or play.

What's your favorite LCA memory or best teaching moment?

Coach Kilpatrick's favorite moment at LCA was winning the state title in boys basketball in 2019. He thinks it was so awesome that they should do it again.

What hobbies do you have? Or what is a fun fact?

When he isn't coaching basketball Coach loves to read, go hiking, play with his sons, or cheer on any Dallas sports team.
