My Family

I am from Shreveport, Louisiana and love Cajun food. I met my husband in Michigan. My husband, Steve, and I will be married for 30 years this coming December. Steve and I have two boys. Matthew is a senior at UT Arlington and studying Architecture. Nathan is a junior at Reedy High School. He plays football, and Varsity/JV baseball manager. We have a dog, Bear. Our family enjoys lots of sporting events, traveling and playing family games.

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at LCA?

I love working at LCA, because I can share the word of God with our littles in a school environment, pray with our children and my co workers. The best part is working with all these wonderful Christians.

What hobbies do you have? Or what is a fun fact?

I enjoy working in my flower gardens, and spending lots of time with my boys. Usually, we are watching or at sporting events. Favorites are Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and LSU Tigers! Geaux Tigers!
Fun fact – my birthday is July 4th!
