Continuous Enrollment & Indexed Tuition

As we finish our seventh year of Continuous Enrollment at Legacy, traditionally 92% of Legacy families chose to continue as part of the Legacy Community. You have told us how much you appreciate the ease of the Continuous Enrollment Agreement (CEA).

If your student(s) will remain a Legacy Eagle for the 2024-25 year, there is no action necessary on your part. However, under the terms of the CEA, all financial accounts must be current in order for your student to be re-enrolled for the 2024-25 school year. Any past-due balance on your tuition or incidental billing account will concede your student’s seat to another applicant.

As a result of increasing enrollment and applicant wait pools for most grades, submission of the LCA Withdrawal Form, or nonpayment of the $600 registration fee will concede your student’s seat to another applicant.

If your family is not returning for the 2024-25 year,  it is imperative you submit the LCA Withdrawal Form for each student by January 31, 2024, to be relieved of the tuition obligation for 2024-25.

January 16: Indexed Tuition Priority Application Deadline

Indexed Tuition (IT) applications are open December 1 for families with children in grades Kindergarten–12 who qualify for personalized tuition based on their unique financial circumstances. IT applications submitted and verified by January 16 will receive tuition notifications in early February. Last year LCA provided over $1.6 million in personalized tuition adjustments for qualified families, however, funding is limited. Tap here to learn more about our IT program.

Continuous Enrollment Agreement (CEA)   FAQs

I have forgotten what exactly the CEA says. Where may I access and review the CEA (Continuous Enrollment Agreement)?

You may use the RenWeb Home app, or go to www.factsmgt.com  (Remember FACTS and RenWeb have merged, the new name is FACTS Management) and login to your RenWeb Parents Account.
Once in your parent account, click on School Information>Resources Documents>CEA for RENWEB.pdf

How is the $600/student annual re-enrollment fee paid?

The re-enrollment fee is collected when the enrollment packet is submitted in years where a revised CEA requires that all current families submit an online enrollment packet. When there is no change to the CEA, each family will be billed a $600/student annual enrollment fee through your FACTS incidental account on early February. Payment of the $600 is due by February 28 to secure student’s enrollment for the upcoming year. Payment not received by February 28, will result in your student being withdrawn for the upcoming year, and his/her spot will be offered to a family in the wait pool.

There have been changes in our family demographic information. We have moved and one of the grandparents has passed away. How can I reflect that change in FACTS?

You may use the ParentsWeb app or go to www.factsmgt.com and login to your FACTS Parents Account.

I have changed my mind about my current FACTS payment plan. What should I do?

A payment plan is selected when a family submits an online enrollment packet, which will be required if the CEA is updated. When the CEA is not updated, the business office with send a payment plan confirmation notice with instructions on how to adjust your payment plan. If you have any questions about your payment plan, you can always contact Whitney Younts and she will be happy to assist you.

When do I start making tuition payments for the upcoming school year?

A $600 re-enrollment fee will be due in January if the CEA is updated, or, if there are no changes to the CEA, it will be due in February. Tuition payments begin in March and will be paid through your FACTS account according to your payment plan.

If we choose to pay tuition in full, do we still need to create a FACTS account? When is the full tuition due and how is it paid?

Yes: All families need to create a FACTS account. Payment in full is due in March and can be made on either March 5 or March 20.

We have been blessed with grandparents that are helping to pay our Legacy tuition. How does that work?

It is wonderful to have grandparents who see the value of a Christ-centered education. However, the FACTS account must be in the name of the parent or legal guardian signing the CEA. For another individual to pay tuition for your student, please make arrangements with them individually.

I recently heard that families can establish a 529 account and use those funds to pay for Legacy tuition. Where can I find more information about that?

Please contact your 529 provider for more information.

Our family will not be returning to Legacy for the next year. What steps do we need to take to withdraw our student(s) and ensure we are not charged the non-refundable $600 registration fee?

To withdraw your student(s), please complete the LCA Withdrawal Form by January 31. Withdrawals received after January 31 are subject to financial penalties, as detailed in the Continuous Enrollment Agreement. Tap here to submit the LCA Withdrawal Form.
