My Family
My name is Matt Blimline. I originally lived in Pennsylvania where I worked in a clinical, collegiate, USA Olympic Team medical staff, pro athletic setting and was the Director of Sports Medicine department at an ISD where I was an AD, Associate AD, and a teacher for 24 years. I have been married to my high school sweet heart Marybeth since 1989. We have one daughter Allison who is getting married in September 2023 and we have two Shih Tzu's, Lilly and Cuppy.
What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at LCA?
Since my arrival in August of 2022, I have been so blessed to have received such a warm welcome from staff and parent. I love how the LCA community comes together to support each other both on and off the athletic field. It has been a blessing being a part of the LCA family.
What hobbies do you have? Or what is a fun fact?
In my spare time I have a plethora of hobbies that include gardening, working on cars, and building car audio systems. The most unique hobby is that my wife and I fly show kites at kite festivals and kids events. We fly simple single line kites, dual and quad line along with large inflatable ranging from 2m to 41 meter long.
