Student Education
Our Student Education within the counseling program has been affectionately called “LCA You”. “LCA You” is Legacy's schoolwide program designed to support student growth through assembiles and classroom experiences focused on key life skills such as mental health, relationships, and resilience. These lessons are led by LCA counselors, faculty, and guest speakers throughout the year.
Our student education is presented throughout the year in a schoolwide, coordinated program we call “LCA You.” In various assemblies and in-classroom experiences, we address topics such as anxiety, depression, bullying, healthy relationships, diversity, grit, a balanced use of technology and various other life skills. These classes are taught by your counselors, LCA faculty, and/or outside speakers.
