Cancellation Policy
The course fee must be paid in full with each online registration. A full refund of the course fee will be issued to students who withdraw from a course program on or before May 31, 2024. All requests for cancellations must be e-mailed to campeagle@legacyca.com. No refunds will be made for students who are dismissed from a course or camp for disciplinary reasons.
Discipline
Students engaging in Camp Eagle: Summers at Legacy activities are required to display appropriate behavior that does not disrupt the educational atmosphere or detract from our religious objectives. Camp Eagle staff retain the authority to dismiss any student for inappropriate conduct.
Campus Policy
No arrangements are in place to oversee students who are not participating in a class or camp. All students must be registered in a program while on campus, unless they are engaged in other official activities on the Legacy campus.
Dress Code
Emphasizing practicality and suitability for various activities, campers are encouraged to wear casual and weather appropriate clothing, such as T-shirts, shorts, and closed-toe shoes. Shorts must be modest in length. We prioritize modesty and decency to create a respectful atmosphere. Camp Eagle staff retain the authority to dismiss any student for inappropriate attire
Cancellation & Withdrawal
Legacy Christian Academy may cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, providing a full refund for the course fee. By submitting this application, it is understood that Legacy Christian Academy reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any student if their behavior, influence, attendance, or progress is considered undesirable or unsatisfactory or if they fail to adhere to established rules and regulations. Dismissal, suspension, probation, or withdrawal may occur without specific charges. Students who withdraw or are dismissed from Camp Eagle after the program has started will not receive a refund.
