Marketing & Communications Request

  • Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the marketing team to prioritize your request. If there are any questions, the Senior Director of Advancement will reach out to you. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to process your request.
  • Production Materials Turnaround Times:

    • Electronic/Digital assets: One week (seven business days)
    • Printed/Mailed assets: Preferably 4-6 weeks for piece to arrive in hand (this time allows proofing, printing and mailing)

    For urgent requests (those needed in less than one week of the due date), please contact adam.housley@legacyca.com to discuss timeframes, etc.

    Incomplete forms or forms submitted without content will not be processed.

  • Please describe your requested items in detail, including any and all relevant information regarding your event. This could include event details, sizes, quantities, paper type, etc. If we are updating information from previous years, consider uploading an image of last year's content with edits indicated.
