My Family

I love Jesus with all of my heart and I am grateful for my amazing precious family! I enjoy reading, speaking, writing, watching movies, baking, serving others and collecting moments with those around me.

What's your favorite LCA memory or best teaching moment?

Towards the end of a Bible Class I was teaching, I invited students to take a quiet moment and journal a prayer to God. A few minutes into our journaling time, a student walked over and place the TINEST piece of folded up paper I have ever seen on my desk. I opened her note and it simply read “I am ready to ask Jesus into my heart. Will you please pray with me?” There is NO GREATER MOMENT IN THIS LIFE then when someone asks Jesus to forgive them of their sins, acknowledges that He is the one true savior and accepts Him into their heart. YES!!!

What is your favorite scripture? Why?

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving! Colossians 3:23-24
