Transferring School Request

LCA Request for Student Records

Procedure for requesting student records:

  1. Complete the “Request for Student Records” information below.
  2. Once the “Request for Student Records” is approved by the Legacy Business Office, student records will be emailed/faxed or mailed directly to the transferring school.
  3. Please allow 5 business days to process the request.
  4. Any questions can be directed to crissy.young@legacyca.com 

REQUEST FOR STUDENT RECORDS

Legacy will email or fax the following items:

  • Current and 2 prior year’s report cards
  • Current and 2 prior year’s standardized test scores
  • Transcripts (grades 8–12)
