My Family

Hello! My name is Adela Alonso. I grew up in the North Texas area, ranging from The Colony, Aubrey, and now Frisco! I married my husband, Jose, in December of 2020! I am the reader, writer, and creative one in our relationship while he is the serious, analytical, and numbers inclined one. We have the sweetest husky named Marvel! When it comes to me, I love to bake and decorate sugar cookies, create decorations for weddings with calligraphy, plan our next vacation, or curl up on the couch with a new book!

Why do you choose to work at Legacy?

I choose to work at Legacy because I believe there is nothing more important to be done on Earth than share the gospel of Jesus Christ. At Legacy, I get to do that while creating amazing relationships with students and their families! God has absolutely blessed me with this opportunity and I look forward to the school year!

Where do you attend church, and how are you involved?

I go to church at Preston Trail Community Church, and it has brought me some of the best friends I could have asked for to push me towards Christ. I serve each Sunday in the kids ministry, working with small group leaders as they teach kids about Jesus! I also participate in small community groups where we pursue Christ through studies and community involvement. Preston Trail is my home!
