My Family

My husband, Doug, and I have been married since 2012. We both grew up in Pennsylvania and visit family often each year. We have two daughters, Adalyn (4) and Paisley (8). Our family enjoys spending time outside riding bikes and playing at parks. We have two furry friends at our house; our dog named Bandit and Choco the bunny. Texas has been home since 2017 and we love living here!

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at LCA?

One of my favorite things about teaching is looking back on the school year around Spring time and seeing the growth the students have made throughout the school year. I have also enjoyed the team camaraderie that we have at LCA. I look forward to coming to work each day and seeing my coworkers and friends. It's such a sweet atmosphere that feels so homey.

Where do you attend church, and how are you involved?

Our family attends Providence Church in Frisco. We have attended Providence since 2018 and have found such an amazing community that has quickly become family. My husband volunteers on the tech team and I help with decor for different events the church hosts. It's been such a sweet place for us to plant our roots and raise our girls.
