My Family

I have a beautiful family consisting of my husband Julian Trujillo, my twin daughters Gabriella & Daniella and my dogs Louis and Bruno are part of my family too. Being from Colombia and living in the United States for 17 years I have experienced a blend of cultures and traditions that make my family unique. We all share the love for travel and exploring new places together. We enjoy doing fun things together and that is important for building strong bonds and creating lasting memories. Singing and playing the guitar is more then just a hobby, it is a part of who I am. I feel incredibly blessed to have been giving the gift of music and I cherish every moment I get to spend doing what I love. Teaching kindergarten is not just a job for me, it is a calling. I love watching my students’ faces light up when they learn something new, and I feel privileged to be a part of their journey as they discover the world around them. It is a privilege to be able to shape young minds and to help them develop the skills they need to succeed in life. Teaching my language, culture, and faith at the same time is a unique and rewarding experience. It allows me to connect with my students on a deeper level, and to help them develop a broader perspective on life. I am grateful for the opportunity to pursue my passion as a teacher, and to make a positive impact on the lives of my students.

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at LCA?

Working at LCA has been a dream come true for me. As a teacher, I am passionate about sharing my language, culture, and faith with my students, and at LCA, I am able to do all three at the same time.

What hobbies do you have? Or what is a fun fact?

I absolutely love spending my free time doing what I consider to be one of the greatest gifts God has given me – singing and playing the guitar. It's a passion that fills my heart with joy and allows me to express myself in a way that words alone cannot do justice.
