My Family

I am a Dallas native and have been married to my husband, Brian for 28 years. Both my children have attended LCA- Major (‘18) and Emma (‘19) My son, Major graduated from LCA in 2018. I enjoy Bible Study, reading, travel and spending time with family and friends.

What do students get at Legacy that they won’t get somewhere else?

We chose to move our children from public school to Legacy for 8th and 9th grade. The obvious answer to what students get at Legacy that they don't get somewhere else is Jesus. But, they also get relationships. Relationships with their teachers. Teachers who know them. Our son and daughter who graduated in 2018 and 2019 still have relationships with teachers and coaches they had during their high school years. They receive calls, letters and emails to this day. And they know they can reach out to these educators anytime and will be remembered.

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10. ESV
