We are excited to add Mrs. Jenny Buhl to the Intermediate School Team for the 2016-2017 school year. She will be teaching 5th grade Math and Science.

We love Jennifer's enthusiasm towards beginning the school year. “The Apostle Paul so perfectly communicates my heart in Romans 1:11-12, stating, ‘For I long to visit you so I can bring you some spiritual gift that will help you grow strong in the LORD. When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours,' shares Jenny. “I long for your student to grow in his/her relationship with the Lord, while gaining a deeper level of faith as we delve into the rich content this school year.”

Mrs. Jenny Buhl graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University, with her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, Education and Mathematics. From spending summer after summer in her mother's classroom, to having a classroom of her own upon graduating, Jenny has always felt that she was created to be a teacher. She started her career in Frisco, teaching 5th grade Math and Science, and 7th grade Math for Frisco ISD. She then went on to teach 3rd grade, 6th grade English, and Yearbook for Coram Deo Academy.

Between the change in schools, Jenny started her family. Jenny and her husband Brad have been married for 14 years and have two boys, Benjamin, 12, and Blake, 9, who will both be attending Legacy this school year. “We are all extremely excited to be a part of this fabulous Christian school,” comments Jenny. “The bonds that are created between teacher and student as well as teacher and parent are unique to any other profession.”
