New Board Member: Trent Wood

Legacy Christian Academy is excited to announce that Trent Wood has joined the Board of Trustees. Trent graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts. Trent also proudly served in the US Army for nine years in Infantry and Field Artillery. He was Honorably Discharged at the rank of Captain.

“I am honored to serve our LCA families as a new member of the Board. Since our arrival Legacy has been a blessing to our entire family and I am excited to help guide and foster our vision moving forward. We see this school as more than an educational institution, but rather a community of believers encouraging each other to serve the Lord in all that we do. I look forward to serving our children, parents, faculty and staff in my new role.

Trent co-founded CAF Management, which specializes in multifamily property management, and currently serves as President. He brings a wealth of experience to the Board as he is an experienced sales, marketing and operations professional that has a strong financial background, solid understanding of various business transactions and overall operations experience resulting in profitable company results.

Prior to co-founding CAF Management, Trent most recently served as Principal of PTC Investments, LLC where he participated in over 125 property acquisitions and was responsible for the overall profitable operations of the company.

Trent has been married to his wife, Karleigh, for 24 years and they reside in Frisco, TX with their two sons, who both attend LCA. Their older son Tyler is a Junior and younger son Ryan is in 8^th grade. The Wood family are members of Gateway Church, where Trent has volunteered in various roles including Greeter, Usher, Usher Captain, Altar Captain, and Deacon.
