The Nurse’s Clinic will be open beginning Monday, August 13 from 9am-3pm daily. Nurse Janet and Nurse Lester will be here to discuss your child’s care and receive medications, consent forms, and any plan of care from a physician. They will also be available at Eagle Expo on August 11th. Nurse Janet will be at the Upper School Clinic, and Nurse Lester will be at the Lower School Clinic. The Medication Consent Form will be available on site, but is also available on the LCA website on the Back to School Page.
